HEALTH POLICY

• Please only attend our clinic, training course/workshop or retreat if you are of good enough health to get to and from the location without support and look after yourself during your time with us. No claims are being made that our methods can heal physical conditions. Our clinics, courses, retreats or products should not substitute for the advice and treatment of a physician, doctor or other licensed health-care professional.

ONE TO ONE COACHING & REFUND POLICY

• One to one coaching with Josie is currently held online mainly using Zoom video calling or Skype.
• Please do not book unless you are able to have your consultation online.
• Workshops and group talks may be held in person or online. Please check before booking.
• Coaching packages must be used within 12 months from the purchase date.
• No refunds or partial refunds are available for unused sessions.
• It is recommended that you complete the coaching package that you purchase in order to get the best from it.
• Refunds are not given if you change your mind or decide you don’t want to continue with the coaching package for any reason.
• Cancellation of a booked appointment with Josie with only 48 hours notice maybe charged.
• Cancellation or non attendance of a booked appointment with Josie with 24 hours notice will be charged and not refunded.

REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS/TALKS

• Cancellations made with at least 14 days notice will be eligible to a full refund of the price paid.
• Cancellations made with 7 days notice will be eligible to a 50% refund of the price paid, or you may transfer the cost towards another workshop or coaching sessions.
• Cancellations made with less than 7 days will not be entitled to a refund.
• This is due to the time and costs involved in organising an event or workshop.

• By agreeing to this waiver, I agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or injuries, physical, emotional and mental, that I may sustain when using MDM, MCM, Calmology or other techniques which is not caused by Josie Truelove’s negligence or fraud.
• I also understand that Josie Truelove shall not be liable to me, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or for any indirect or consequential loss sustained by me or any third party arising under, or in connection with, me practising the Mind Detox Method, Mind Calm Meditation, Body Calm, Calm Cure, Calmology or other tenhniques shared. However, nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or exclude Josie Truelove’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
